Overview

Map of Us (“we”, “us”) provides a service that lets you create personalized journey maps and purchase digital downloads or physical prints of those maps.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email. Physical prints are produced by our printing partner (Printful) and shipped directly to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your map. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@mapsofus.com within 30 days and we will work with you to make it right — whether that means a reprint, a redesign, or a refund.

Intellectual Property

The maps you create are yours. You own the content you provide (locations, titles, text). The map designs, styles, and software are owned by Map of Us. Map tiles are provided by Mapbox under their terms of service.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Map of Us is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
