What we'll do
Reprint
If there's a typo, the color looks different on paper, or the image wasn't what you expected — we reprint free and ship a new one.
Redesign
If you want to change the locations, style, or layout — we'll rebuild it with you and reprint.
Refund
If it's still not right — full refund to the original payment method. No guilt trips. 3–5 business days back on your card.
The details
- How long do I have?
- 30 days from the day the order arrives (or from purchase for digital downloads).
- Do I have to return the print?
- No. We don't require returns for damaged items or errors on our end. For general dissatisfaction on undamaged prints, we may send a prepaid return label so we can recycle the print responsibly, but we won't ask you to pay for return shipping.
- What about typos I entered myself?
- Email hello@mapsofus.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll catch the print before production — no charge. After it's printed, typos still qualify for a reprint under the guarantee, but we'll ask you to double-check the revised design before we ship again.
- Does it cover the digital download?
- Yes. If you're unhappy with the digital file for any reason, email us for a redesign or refund. We can't un-send the file, but we can always refund the purchase.
- How do I start a claim?
- Email hello@mapsofus.com with your order number and a photo or screenshot. We reply within one business day.
Why we offer this
We make gifts. Every order is someone handing a meaningful object to someone they love. If that object isn't right — doesn't feel right, doesn't look right, or arrives after the moment — the whole point is lost.
