Every order is printed on demand — we don't keep inventory. Here's exactly what to expect.

Estimates count business days (Mon–Fri). International orders add 3–5 days in transit.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium. Need a country that isn't listed? Ask us.
Carriers & tracking
Orders ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and product. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves the print facility.
Shipping costs
Shipping is included in the list price for all US orders. International orders show calculated shipping at checkout based on size and destination.
Rush orders
We don't offer a rush option. If you need it fast, the digital download arrives in minutes and is print-ready at any local print shop.
Holiday deadlines
For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, order by these cutoffs:
- Mother's Day (May 10, 2026): posters by May 1, canvas/framed by April 29
- Father's Day (June 21, 2026): posters by June 12, canvas/framed by June 10
- Christmas (Dec 25, 2026): posters by Dec 15, canvas/framed by Dec 12
Missed the cutoff? The digital download arrives instantly and is free to print at a local shop, or we can include a printable “your map is on the way” card with the email.
Problem resolution
Package arrived damaged
Take a photo and email hello@mapsofus.com within 7 days. We reprint and reship at no cost — you don't need to return the damaged one.
Package marked delivered but not received
Check with neighbors and your local post office first; most “missing” packages appear within 48 hours. If not, email us — we'll reprint with a different carrier.
Tracking hasn't updated in days
International transit can appear stalled at customs. Email us if tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
