How does the storyteller know what locations I mean?
Our storyteller understands natural language. You can say 'the hospital where I was born,' 'Grandma's house in Ohio,' or just list cities. It figures out the geography and creates a beautiful label for each place.
What if I want to change locations or text after the map is created?
You can customize everything: title, subtitle, labels, map style, marker style, route line, colors, and fonts before you order. The map preview updates in real time as you make changes.
How long does shipping take?
Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Poster prints arrive in 5–7 business days, canvas and framed prints in 7–10 business days. Full shipping details live on our Shipping page.
What size are the prints?
We offer two sizes: 18×24 inches ($69 poster, $129 canvas, $169 framed) and 24×36 inches ($89 poster, $159 canvas, $229 framed). Both portrait and landscape orientations are available.
What if I notice a typo after I order?
Just email hello@mapsofus.com within 24 hours of ordering. We'll catch prints before they go to production and reprint at no charge. We've got you covered.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and add an optional gift note (shown on the packing slip, not the price).
